Bhutt Sahib met a very accomplished and learned mahatma who had numerous disciples. When Bhutt told him of Shri Nathji and urged him to take his darshan before he left, the mahatma said: “Let me take my lunch first! Main paihle lunch khaa loon!
Bhutt immediately got up and left:
“If, even after learning that God walks upon the earth, the man can still think of his lunch, then he does not deserve to see God!”
