Priya Nath had decided to give a sumptuous divine feast to the gathering of devotees at Savitri Nivas. The food had been arranged by the owner of the tent house from a first class hotel. Tables had been laid out in the verandah of Savitri Nivas.
The devotees art to their hearts content. There was an unusual taste to the food that night. It was as if Shri Nathji had put a divine flavour into it.
It had always been true of Shri Nathji’s functions, whether they were his own birthdays or the birthdays of Shri Babaji Maharaj, that any food served, took on a flavour that was indescribable.
While the devotees were partaking of this material food, there was the spiritual food of Shri Nathji that was satiating them from within. Shri Nathji had often said: “Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God.”
