Very shortly, thereafter, Nawab Istafa Khan’s fortunes began to take a miraculous turn for the better. His perfumery business in Lucknow flourished like it had never done before.
When he had first met Shri Nathji he had been living in a small rented flat on the first floor of Majestic Theatre, but after meeting Shri Nathji and receiving his blessings, he became a renowned real estate owner of the city. He purchased Roselyn Estate and a host of other properties, including a large house on Camel’s Back Road, which became especially blessed by Shri Nathji.
