Those were the days when a certain Lala Hargopal Khanna of Lahore and his family were also vacationing in Kashmir, where they caught but a brief glimpse of Shri Nathji. One of the daughters of Lala Hargopal, Savitri Devi, was later to be the bride of Shri Nathji in the years to come.
While at Kashmir she had suddenly fallen out of the door of the car in which the family was travelling and had been miraculously saved by a bedding tied there. It was Shri Nathji’s way of saving her for the part she was destined to play in his leela upon earth, which was to come in the years to follow.
