She was in great trouble at the time. A complex court case had gone against her. She would be ruined financially when the final decision was pronounced. She prayed to Shri Nathji to help her. But Shri Nathji did not give any reply. He merely smiled.
The next day she drove up to Shri Nathji’s residence in the hot afternoon sun.
Maharajji! she exclaimed, a miracle has occurred! I went to the court of the man who was to decide the case against me–and I found you sitting behind his desk, smiling! The decision was turned around in my favour! I could hardly believe my ears! I can see your smiling face whenever I close my eyes!
She bent down and touched Shri Nathji’s feet, and said: You are the only man whose feet I have ever touched or I have ever bowed before!
As the days went by, her faith in Shri Nathji continued to grow. She saw numerous miracles happening around her in all of which the hand of Shri Nathji was apparent.
