Every time my heart is flooded with a great outpouring of Divine Grace towards a devotee, and I send this wave towards him – he invariably does something that brings the wave back and shuts off the Grace. I have seen this happen with many devotees of the highest level.
“Man errs frequently, forcing God to take back His Grace! It is the working of the forces of evil within him!
“I am like a photographer. Every time I try to take a perfect picture, my subject shakes!
“It is you who shake and I who gain ill-fame for bad photography!
“Hill aap jaate hain aur badnaam main ho jaataa hoon!”
“Perhaps I will have to bind my subjects to one spot so that they cannot move, before I take a photograph!”
