Shri Nathji never planned ahead like most worldly men. This was because he was without any desires.
He had said on many occasions:
“Main sankalp rahit hoon!”
“I am without desire!”
He had also said: “I can enter into an everlasting meditation in a moment if I want to, however I remain on the earth only for your sake! I very seldom come into my body consciousness!”
“Main apni samadhi men kshann bhar men jaa saktaa thhaa. Magar main aap logon ke liye baithaa hoon!
As such, Shri Nathji could not be expected to make the kind of plans that worldly men made.
Shri Nathji and his family came to Meerut without ensuring in advance that rooms would be available at the Wheler Club. When they enquired from the management, they were told that not a single room was available and none would be available for a few weeks in the future. It was apparent that they would have to find a place to stay for a few weeks till the rooms at Wheler Club became available.
