At a meeting held by a group of intellectuals before Shri Bhutt at Jabalpur, numerous proofs were given by men of learning of Shri Nathji being the avatar. Many a learned thesis was propounded on the theme.
A not so learned, poor, illiterate man–a chapraasi, doorman–happened to enter the hall and hear the conversation. He interrupted the proceedings and said:
What is the use of all these fancy explanations? Shri Nathji’s very FACE is sufficient proof that he is the avatar!
“Unki to shakl hee bataa rahi hai ke vo Bhagwan hain!”
