Shri Nathji observed that, by and large, the people of Bombay were very receptive to him. Many customers in the shops that he visited would be instantly attracted to him and come up to him, and, upon learning of his spiritual identity, instantly touch his feet and listen to his words with rapt attention. There was no doubt about the fact that had Shri Nathji chosen to live permanently at Bombay he would have taken the entire city by storm.
