Shri Sant Saran Opal, the secretary of Raja Kasmanda, who would always write to Shri Nathji about the devotion of the Kasmanda family and that of Raja Pratpgarh and Rajmata Pratapgarh all of whom had portraits of Shri Nathji in their homes, was always present on Shri Nathji’s birthdays.
He would come on the morning of the 23rd of June and help in decorating the verandah as well as the open space outside Savitri Nivas with little paper flags– ‘jhandees’. He had often said to Shri Nathji:
“You are the mainstay of my existence on earth. When I think of you and pray to you all my troubles disappear.”
