It was during this time that Dr. N.V. Purekar wrote to Shri Nathji from Akola where he was the Assistant Medial Officer at the time:

“Respected Lord,
My crores of Sashtaang Namaskars to your holy feet.
You are All-Powerful, All-Pervading, All-Knowing, All-Merciful, Patitapaavana:
Your Holiness had given me a message in the dream at Pinjar Village. In Nagpur in March 1949 your Lordship asked me to do the service of the poor, and this I am trying to do to the best of my ability.
Your Dasanudas,
Purekar”

Shri Nathji would sometimes play upon the words and say to Dr. Purekar:
“Purekar means ‘poore-kar’ – ‘make complete’! And you have now been made complete!”
