There are devotees from Andhra Pradesh, a certain Mrs. Janarthan, whose husband had translated Shri Nathji’s Hindi book “Daivi Kirnen” into Telegu. The moment Mrs. Janarthan comes before Shri Nathji, she breaks out into tears and cries loudly:“APNAA DIVYA DARSHAN DO BHAGWAN!“REVEAL THY DIVINE SELF, O GOD!”S.K. Khanna recalls the scenes he had witnessed in Lahore in the 1930’s and 1940’s when people ran weeping after Shri Nathji.“WHAT IS THE USE OF A LONG LIFE UPON EARTH? FAR BETTER A PLACE IN GOD’S HEAVEN!”Shri Nathji also makes a cryptic statement which fills Priya Nath with dread:“23rd JUNE“THE 23rd OF JUNE IS COMING–IF I AM LIVING ON THAT DAY!”Shri Nathji went along with Priya Nath to book the Sapru House at New Delhi. The booking manager’s attitude was very rude, causing great annoyance to Priya Nath and Shri Nathji, who almost gave up the idea of booking the hall at one point. However a booking is made for the 23rd of June 1986.
