Dr. R. S. Kelkar, who was a Secretary of the Sahitya Akademi, became greatly devoted to Shri Nathji during these days. There was the time when he came down with a heat stroke in a train and fell unconscious. His blood urea shot up to 300. While he was being taken in a stretcher at the hospital, he had a vision of Shri Nathji walking by his side, and later giving him a tablet. His miraculous recovery surprised the doctors.
