Shri Nathji once narrated the episode of the dancing girls who were caught and brought before a King. The King wished to sentence them to death as was the custom prevalent in those ancient times. Just then one of the dancing girls said to the King:“O King, He who gave us this profession also gave you the profession of a King! If you must sentence us to death because we have obeyed His Will, then you must sentence yourself as well!”The King was so greatly moved by this touching statement, that he set the dancing girls free.
