Dr. and Mrs. Chavan of the I.I.T. bring the wooden cut-out of the World Prayer Day Emblem, as they have been doing every year. This appears to be the only cheerful note thus far. Every year that the Emblem is brought, Shri Nathji’s health begins to improve. It is almost as if it is a sign of good luck. Shri Nathji speaks to the Chavans for some time, reminding Manda Chavan of her special place in history for the portraits she has made of him and Shri Babaji Bhagwan. Shri Nathji later says to Priya Nath: “Dr. Chavan bilkul bachhon ki tarah lagtaa hai! Dr. Chavan appears as a child to me!”
