It is the month of August 1988 already. The fifth of August, the day on which Mahamateshwari left for her heavenly abode. Mangla reminds Priya Nath of the day. Shri Nathji speaks briefly to the devotees present on the occasion. He recollects his past with Mahamateshwari and almost weeps during his narration. It is a touching scene, and a sad day.“Aaj kal bahut acchhi ghazalon ki“These days the ghazal tunes are especially very good!”But, then, there is never any occasion when Shri Nathji ever finds fault with any of Priya Nath’s ghazals, or with Priya Nath, or indeed, anyone else in the world.
