February 22, 1988 was a grand occasion. Priya Nath regretted having forgotten to call the video film maker, Paramjit Singh. He had been so worried about the pain in Shri Nathji’s back that he forgot all about calling the video man. Indeed, for that one omission, a grand occasion was lost to posterity in which Shri Nathji stood out like the glorious Sun of Divinity, radiating his light to all corners of the Universe. The dazzling light on his face was indescribable. And, finally, Shri Nathji’s Nagpur speech of February 22, 1978, at the Suyog Mangal Karyalaya is played, which had hypnotized the packed hall in Nagpur that evening, twenty years ago.“Priyaji ka dost kaih gayaa thhaa Mujhe, ke aapki 100 saal to aavashya umar honi chaahiye! To maine kahaa, ‘Agar aap chaahenge to main 120 saal tak aapke saath rahoongaa!’“Priyaji’s friend had said to me that I must live up to the age of 100 at least. And I had said: ‘If you wish, I will live for 120 years amongst you.’”
