Mrs. Bajpai arrives from Allahabad and Shri Nathji gives a long sermon, concluding with the remark:“Koyi kitnaa bhee Rama Bhakt kyon na ban jaaye magar Lav Kush naheen ban sakta! Shri Pran Nathji and Shri Priya Nathji kaa darjaa yaad rakhnaa hai hamen!“No matter how great a devotee one may become of Lord Rama, he can never equal the sons of Rama, Lav and Kush. Similarly we must not forget the stature of Shri Pran Nathji and Shri Priya Nathji!“Ek Sher hee ka bacchhaa sher ho saktaa hai!”“It is only the offspring of a lion that can become a lion!”Bajpai had been telling people how great a devotee he was of Shri Nathji and had taken to the path of self-worship. However, he rarely came to Shri Nathji, while he preached to the masses about him. Mrs. Bajpai, too, was worshipped along with her husband, as a divine being of sorts. The two of them knew that whatever they had become in life was because of their initial devotion to Shri Nathji. Bajpai placed portraits of himself and his wife alongside those of Shri Nathji in all the spiritual centers he had made in India. However, he avoided mentioning Mahamateshwari, Pran Nath and Priya Nath, nor did he keep any portraits of them in his ashrams. Indeed, the followers of Bajpai did not even know whether Shri Nathji had married or not and whether he had any sons.
