Most of the month of May 1989 was spent in struggling to safeguard the Mussoorie property. A hotel owner was attempting to build a car parking area directly in front of Savitri Nivas. This would endanger the lives of all who lived in the house, as well as pose as a constant nuisance. There were no laws which permitted such a construction. Priya Nath had to file a suit against the hotel owner to halt the construction. It was a great effort sending all the documents to Mussoorie and instructing the advocate there. There were also the dangers from the adversaries.“Abhee chalte hain“Let us go there immediately! We cannot be intimidated like this! Let me see what they can do! We have to fight evil at all costs! These are just empty threats!”Shri Nathji and Priya Nath did not go to Mussoorie, but things began settling down there due to Shri Nathji’s Divine Power. The adversaries were subdued as the court kept on passing orders against them.“Fikar mat karo in logon ki geedarr bhabkiyon se! Kuchh naheen kar sakte ye! Saare seedhe ho jaayenge! Abhi ham “Don’t worry about their empty threats! They cannot do anything! They will all be straightened out! We will complain to the Chief Minister!”“Abhi chalo Mussoorie – dekhte hain unki himmat hai kuchh karne ki!“Let us go to Mussoorie just not–let us see whether they have the courage to do anything!”Shri Nathji’s consoling voice rings out in Priya Nath’s ears:“Ek to ham yeh soch len ke hamen darnaa naheen hai – baaki kaanooni kaarvaayi karte hee rahenge!“We must resolve not to be frightened by them. We will continue our legal battle otherwise.”“Zindagi men“One has to fight in life. There is nothing but struggles even in America and England!”“We have to fight evil. There is no short cut to it!”By a remarkable miracle, the Stay Order is obtained from the Mussoorie Court on May 18, 1989 – Shri Babaji’s Divine Prophecy Day! Priya Nath records in his diary on May 23, 1989:“I embraced Pitaji at 6 p.m. when he awoke, and he patted me on the back, and spoke without his dentures, in a very cute and child-like manner. He is so, so loving and so, so, good. The most precious jewel, most precious person on earth for me – the only one who really and truly loves me. I can never live in this wretched world without Him for even a minute. O, Let us go together from this world whenever we must!”As the years had advanced and Shri Nathji had been hit by dangerous illnesses, his “war-like” stance had become more powerful in all the conflicts that surrounded them.
