Later, Shri Nathji dictates a new ghazal, extempore, to Priya Nath, which Priya Nath put to music in the night, much to Shri Nathji’s delight. “Manushya kaa kaam naheen thaa ye!“This was impossible for a human being!”Shri Nathji’s desire to have the sofa chairs repaired could not be fulfilled, and, much later, a new sofa set had to be purchased.(1)“Nazar men rooye taabaan hai, udhar vo maah-roo aayaa“My sight is engrossed in the Glory of Thy Face, which is like that of the moon”(2)“Na jis se katraa baahar hai vohi to bekaraan hogaa“The Infinite Ocean is that from which there is not a drop that is separate”Indeed the poetry of Shri Nathji contained the highest of spiritual philosophies, which only Shri Nathji’s mind was capable of penning in verse.
