However, they do appear to improve His appetite somewhat.“Aapko itnee “You have been given a very sacred duty. The forces of evil are working even in the kitchen. I have to bear the responsibility of the whole world. And you have to bear the responsibility of feeding me. I do not want anything to come between you and your cooking duties.”Once Shri Nathji had said to Mangla:“When I eat food, it satiates the hunger of the Universe. Also, if any good is done by my body, then the credit for nourishing the body goes to you, and the reward of my good actions spontaneously goes to you as well.”Shri Nathji would often quote Chief Justice Bhutt, who used to say:“Prabhuji, maine to Kaliyuga men sevaa ko hi moksha kaa saadhan samjha hai!“Prabhuji, I look upon service to Thee as the only way to salvation in this Kaliyuga.”Shri Nathji would say:“Jab shareer milaa hai to aap usski sevaa kar sakte hain. Kahaan Niraakaar yaa moortiyon ki sevaa karenge!“When a Human Form of God has come before you, you can serve Him. How can you serve the Invisible, Formless God, or the idols of God?”“YE SHAREER HEE TO NAHEEN MILTAA“It is this Human Form that never comes. Shri Nathji also quoted the Sikh writings:“Sewak ko sewaa ban aayi“It behooves a devotee well to serve,“Lord Hanuman is worshipped in temples and is regarded as one of the deities, because of His devotion and On Monday, Shri Nathji remains worried about Priya Nath eating so little, and keeps on asking him to eat well. Shri Nathji tells Priya Nath that he must remain well in order to look after Him, and must eat a proper diet:“Priyaji, aap khaaoge naheen toHowever, Priya Nath can hardly eat a morsel of food, so worried is he about Shri Nathji.Shri Nathji Himself eats very little, taking a toast and tea in the morning, and later some curd, and then “Pee liyaa“I just drank the soup. A miracle occurred soon thereafter! That entire feeling disappeared!”These daily occurrences were miracles of the prayers that Shri Nathji heard. He wished to leave behind a legacy to the world– that prayers that originated out of Genuine Love were heard.“Bhook kaa to pataa hi naheen!“There is no sign of an appetite.”
