Friday, April 17, 1992, begins well, but becomes bad soon thereafter by 4:30 pm or so. The morning output is 640 cc and Shri Nathji’s weight has gone up somewhat to 41.4 kg which, however, does not worry Priya Nath and Shri Nathji, as He is feeling quite well. Shri Nathji’s blood pressure however, remains high at levels of 220/70, 210/70, 200/70 despite two Nifedipines during the day. On the armchair the Blood Pressure is 190-185/70.“Ab aankhon men “The eyes appear to be opening now!” Priya Nath asks Him whether He is feeling any weakness, but Shri Nathji avoids the question, merely saying:“Kuchh samajh men naheen aataa.“It is difficult to say anything yet.”Priya Nath is vexed at Shri Nathji for not disclosing His symptoms, and this leads to an argument in which both begin to speak loudly. The loud speaking has a salutary effect, as it brings the Blood Pressure to the desirable level of 185/60! – which is the level best suited for Shri Nathji.
