There was the grand “feet washing” ceremony of Priya Nath on his birthday on October 7, 1941, which was conducted by Shri Gopal Swami and his family in the verandah of Savitri Nivas, Mussoorie. Gopal Swami had wanted to worship Priya Nath in the form of Lord Vishnu.
