On the 7th of May 1982, Shri Nathji recounts to the home group at Delhi, his marriage to Savitri Deviji–who later came to be known as Mahamateshwari–and his marriage procession, baraat, which was joined by the entire city of Lahore as it appeared. There were Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs all walking together, there were Muslim faqueers with chillums, hookahs, in their hands, mingling together with Hindu mahatmas, there were the rich and the poor walking side by side, shopkeepers came out of their shops and had joined the procession. It was truly the baraat of Lord Shanker. There was Shri Babaji Maharaj wearing a pink turban in the midst of the procession.
