Shri Nathji advises Priya Nath to be careful about his expenditure and the bills etc., and tells him of the story of the father and son who went to a bazaar. “Main to chaahataa hoon ke Priya Nathji ko kabhi paise ki kami na ho!”“It is my wish that Priya Nathji never be in need of money.”Shri Nathji was fond of narrating how Priya Nath would say to him:“Agar mere paas karrorron hote to main unhen sarrkon par baant taa!”“If only I had crores of rupees I would distribute them openly in the streets to the poor.”There were occasions when Priya Nath would rue the fact that he left his lucrative joy in America where he could have earned a lot of money and spent it on Shri Nathji’s work. But Shri Nathji would say to him:“You gave up crores of rupees. But now you have the power to grant crores of rupees to anyone you wish through your spiritual power!”
