Shri Nathji is making a Herculean effort to re-write 400 of his ghazals in alphabetical order. He holds the original notebooks in one hand and begins copying into fresh notebooks, word by word, line by line.“When dharma (righteousness) decays and adharma (unrighteousness) is exalted, then I myself come forth for the protection of the righteous and the destruction of the evil doers!” These are the words of Lord Krishna in the Geeta–written down in the notebook by the hand of Shri Nathji, who was Lord Krishna in the ages past. What a treasure Priya Nath has discovered!“The whole life of man is a crucifixion!”Shri Nathji continues writing ghazals, lost in His own world, and even begins to sing some of the verses, which he likes.
