There is the scene of Shri Nathji speaking on the red telephone in the house to Shakuntala Mehra, who was too sick and infirm to come for his darshan. Shri Nathji’s words over the telephone put new life into Shakuntala. Along with the current of the telephone she was receiving the life-giving Divine Current of Shri Nathji. This red telephone, named ‘Priyadarshini’ by the manufacturer, was to remain as a sacred instrument touched by the hands of Shri Nathji, through which he had blessed many a person. Shri Nathji liked its red colour. The instrument was preserved for posterity by Priya Nath.
