When Priya Nath complains to Shri Nathji that Shri Nathji had been hiding his symptoms from him these days, Shri Nathji says:“Aap itnaa zyaada “You begin to worry so much that it becomes difficult to disclose anything!”Shri Nathji was right. Priya Nath would ‘over-react’ to Shri Nathji’s symptoms. But this was because he had seen what Shri Nathji was capable of bringing upon his own frail and delicate body for the sake of the world. “If I was offered the seat of God on the condition that I would have to take the ills and sorrows of the world upon myself – I would refuse it and run far away from such an honour!”If Shri Nathji cured others by a miracle it would be no great effort or sacrifice on his part, but if he cured people after taking their illnesses upon himself, this was a proof of his godliness. Only God could care so much, and to such an extent, for his children. “You cannot bear the fruit of your karmaas. And the Law of Karmaa–cause and affect– cannot be broken. Therefore I take upon my body the fruit of your ‘karmaas’ and set you free.” The whole of Christianity rested on the belief that Christ suffered crucifixion for the sins of the world.
