Shri Nathji wants Priya Nath to concentrate more on his music, and to develop it. He says to Priya Nath:“Piyaji aap ki aavaaz men jo asar hai vo kissee bhee aaj kal ke gaane vaale ki aavaaz men naheen hai!“Piyaji, your voice is much better and more effective than that of any singer of the time!” When some people had compared Priya Nath’s voice to that of the famed Saihgal, Shri Nathji had said to Priya Nath:“Saihgal kyaa hotaa hai aapke saamne! Aapki to Rabbi aavaaz hai!”“What is Saihgal before you! Yours is a Divine Voice!”Priya Nath sings one or two new ghazals out of the ones Shri Nathji has dictated to him.
