The ghazal is the voice of a devotee:““When I am in trouble thou art the one who comes to meIn the ghazal Shri Nathji had truly described his own benevolence and generosity in rushing to the aid of anyone who prayed to him.“I have a name that is very short–Nath–so that you may not have to spend time calling me!”Shri Nathji had time and again related how he had said to the General who came to see him: “My blessings will remain around you like the air, which cannot be seen but which goes on doing its work all the time!”
