Shri Nathji was enamoured of Priya Nath’s voice and called it: ““Saihgal kyaa hotaa hai aapke saamne!“What is Saihgal before you! He is in a category of his own! Yours is a heavenly voice.”“Aapkaa Urdu kePriya Nath had no formal training in music or singing. He sang only for Shri Nathji. While singing he had to shut out the meanings of the words or else he would have been much too transported to another plane to even sing a word. He would have been too moved emotionally and spiritually to sing.
