Shri Nathji narrates the story of Barrister Naseem who was 82 years old and had come to Shri Nathji for His Divine Grace at Mussoorie in 1945, when Shri Nathji was at Shadi Bhavan at Camel’s Back Road.Naseem Sahib! Aapne itnee takleef kee! Itnee charrhaayi charrh kar aaye! Barrister Naseem replied: “Hazart, boorrhe log akal mand ho jaate hain, vo taklef naheen kiyaa karte! Abhee to aage aur bhee charrhaayi par jaanaa hai!“Mujhe burrhaape men ek ainak milee hai. Uss se mujhe nazdeek kaa ye dikh rahaa hai–ke maine jo kuchh bhee yahaan ke liye kamaayaa thhaa, vo chhoot-taa nazar aa rahaa hai! “I have obtained a pair of spectacles in my old age. My near sight reveals to me that everything that I had earned for this world is going away from me! And my far sight reveals to me that I have earned nothing for the world where I must go!”Shri Nathji said: Shri Nathji then said: “Barrister Sahib, main raastaa dikhaaoon ke jispe chalkar aap agli duniyaan ki kamaayi kar sakte hain“Hazrat main aapse raastaa poochhne naheen aayaa!Main aapke liye kyaa kar saktaa hoon?”And Barrister Naseem said: And Shri Nathji said: “Barrister Sahib, each and every step that you took in coming here has been an earning in itself!”ALL GLORY UNTO HIMIt is a very special New Year’s Card, coming as it does so soon after Shri Nathji’s miraculous recovery from an illness that had spelled certain death.
