Priya Nath had begun an English translation of “Mrityu kaa Rahasya” which was named: “The Secret of Death” and Shri Nathji was guiding him in the use of English words for translation. The ideas were extremely difficult and contained the highest of spiritual truths made ornate by Urdu and Persian verses of the highest order, so that Priya Nath needed Shri Nathji’s help all the time in the English translation.
Very soon the book was sent to press. In the course of its printing, great conflict developed between the press manager and Priya Nath, and this began to tell on Priya Nath’s health. The matters reached such a head that Priya Nath fell seriously ill.
Shri Nathji was very worried for him and often sat by his bedside. He even took him to Dehra Dun for a change, where they stayed in the Doon Guest House. Ravi Bahl the son of Shri G.K. Bahl accompanied them. They went to Mussoorie for a day. The sight of the evil detractor there seemed to cure him. By the time they returned to Delhi, Priya Nath was feeling better already but never fully regained his health. It was a bitter experience for him to deal with worldly sharks all the time. However, in the midst of his illness, the book, “The Secret of Death” was printed and delivered to the house.
Shri Nathji clapped his hand with joy and embraced Priya Nath and told him how historical a work he had done.
“The whole world will thank you for the great work you have done in translating the book, which will one day go to all corners of the world.”
Shri Nathji would say to Priya Nath:
“Piyaji aapkaa thheek raihnaa bahut zaroori hai. Aap hee to mujhe look after kar rahe ho!
“It is very necessary for you to remain well. You alone are looking after me!”
