Although Mateshwari never felt fully at ease at Dehra Dun, Shri Nathji had no alternative but to stay there for the winter. And it was at 25 Inder Road that Shri Nathji celebrated the last Birthday of Shri Babaji Maharaj at Dehra Dun.
The function was a grand one. The guests were assembled together in an open shamiana in the spacious lawn of the house. A tea-party was given in the open.
Shri Nathji, as always, spoke without a microphone, but his voice rained down thunder from the heavens. The people of Dehra Dun, who were present on the occasion, were blessed beyond measure and lost themselves in Divine Bliss. This always happened whenever Shri Nathji gave his darshan to them or spoke to them. Those who were far away received Shri Nathji’s Divine Benedictions through the medium of the invitation card he sent to them on the birthday of Shri Babaji Bhagwan. It was an occasion on which many sought a release from the ills and sorrows of the world. Rani Pritam Kaur was one of them.
