Over the years from 1963 to 1986, Shri Nathji blessed four Presidents of India in succession, each of whom received Shri Nathji in the President’s House, Rashtrapati Bhavan. It was the blessing of the Head of State of the Universe to the Head of State of India.
The first to receive Shri Nathji’s blessings was Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, who was the President of India in 1963.
Dr. Radhakrishnan had first met Shri Nathji in the early 1930’s when he was Vice Chancellor of Andhra University. At the time he had come to deliver the convocation address at Lucknow University. There he heard about R.R. Khanna’s conversion. He had known about Khanna being a hardened atheist and intellectual, and he marvelled at the power that had converted such a man.
He met Shri Nathji and was greatly impressed by him. He would say about Shri Nathji:
“Ours is but intellectual reasoning but Shri Nathji, at such a young age, has the power to change the lives of people in a single glance.
“Inmen vo shakti hai jiss se ye doosre ka jeevan ek drishti se badal sakte hain!”
