The New Year, 1948, saw Shri Nathji and his family in Bombay at the house of the Kheras. It was while he was there that he met an Air Force Officer, Captain Sukhdev Vats, who was a haughty and arrogant man. He said to Shri Nathji: “Mere dil men aapke liye jagah naheen hain! I have no place in my heart for you! People call me heartless!”
