In Delhi it was decided that Shri Nathji would go to London first and then call Mateshwari there later. Priya Nath had been applying for admission for his Ph.D in Nuclear Physics to universities abroad. While the arrangements were being made for travel abroad, Shri Nathji found time to visit the President of India, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, and to give him the letter he had written to the Chinese leader.
