As soon as Sorbitrate is added to the medicines, Shri Nathji appears to show a dramatic improvement for a while, but then the attacks come with greater and greater frequency again. Priya Nath suddenly realises that the abrupt withdrawal of the old medicine, Peritrate, may have been responsible and so he adds the old medicine to Sorbitrate and the attacks begin to lessen in degree and intensity.
