In 1951 a renowned Muslim Peer of Bombay had been so affected by Shri Nathji’s mere presence that he had gone into a trance, his eyes shut and his mouth uttering: “““Maine aisee ruhaani taakat apni zindagi men naheen dekhi!Shri Nathji had barely stood before him for a few minutes. If Shri Nathji had remained before him longer the man may even have died from the revelation, which he was feeling within.“Arjuna could only see the Divine Form of Lord Krishna only because of the vision that Lord Krishna gave him. Only those persons can see God to whom He wishes to reveal Himself. You can see the Sun only with the Light of the Sun!”Indeed, Shri Nathji was constrained to switch off His Inner Divine Light many a time so that his devotees could remain in the midst of their worldly duties.“Nashaa pilaake giraanaa to sabko aataa hai“Anyone can give to drink and cause to fall,Shri Nathji would say in later days:“Main hazaaron parde daalkar aap logon ke saamne aataa hoon. Agar ek bhee pardaa sarak jaaye to aap apne aap ko bhool jaayen!“I appear before you wearing thousands of veils. If even one of them were to fall, you would all lose consciousness of yourselves!”
