Shri Nathji has this propensity for “losing” – or rather – “misplacing” things. Shri Nathji “loses” the small red Urdu and Persian Dictionary that he kept by the side of his bed. A great deal of time is spent in trying to locate it. Priya Nath looks everywhere. He searches the round table between the two beds on which the dictionary was kept, but it is not there. He looks at the floor and beneath the beds, as also in Shri Nathji’s bed as well as the cane chair on which clothes have been piled, and most of all the large sun mica table. But the dictionary has simply disappeared from the room!
