Shri Nathji writes a fabulous ghazal which has an equally fabulous tune, and which Shri Nathji selects for the coming 22nd of February 1989; He writes the ghazal on February 18, 1989:“Nazar ke saamne aate to shaidaa sab jahaan hotaa,“If Thou hadst revealed Thyself, the entire world would have fallen for Thee,Priya Nath wondered what Shri Nathji meant, because he had come before the people of he world. If they failed to recognize him it was due to their own shortcomings, their own sins, their own impure hearts. “Apnaa hee kuchh tassaruffe auham hai “It is some shortcoming within us,Shri Nathji had said time and again:“Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.”This meant that those who were able to see God in Shri Nathji were people with exceptionally pure hearts. For the rest, Shri Nathji was to remain as a wonderful Being that had brought joy into their lives.
