To bring a cheerful atmosphere into the house, Shri Nathji writes an assurance in Urdu for Priya Nath’s sake on November 16, 1991 in his 168th ghazal Notebook on the last page:Saturday 11:09 amENGLISH TRANSLATION“It is with great happiness that I give my heartfelt Blessings to the light of my eyes, the Bliss of my Being, my sons, Pran Nath and Priya Nath, for their grand success in life. May they have a very long life, filled with the Glory of Success and good health. May they see me attain the age of 120 years in good health. And may I see their families flourish. I also send my Heartfelt Blessings to all the inhabitants of the world, for their peace and prosperity.Priya Nath records with great feeling in his diary of November 16, 1991:“PITAJI WROTE DOWN IN HIS 168th GHAZAL BOOK – LAST PAGE – THAT HE WOULD LIVE TILL THE AGE OF 120 YEARS IN GOOD HEALTH.”Priya Nath knows in his heart of hearts that Shri Nathji has written this to console him and to keep him happy – and that He may leave the world at any time that He choses, to save any devotee’s life.“According to the holy books there were still 20 lakh years left for the Advent of the Avatar – but when He saw the crisis His children upon earth were facing, He broke all rules and prophecies and came down to earth before the appointed time!”Therefore, if He could break all rules and prophecies and come down before His appointed time, He could also break all assurances that He had given and leave before His time.
