Saturday, April 18, 1992 begins with a terrible morning. Shri Nathji awakens with a start at 7 am and says loudly: “Naak band hai! Saans ruk rahaa hai!“The nose appears closed! Breathing has become difficult.”Priya Nath is alarmed beyond measure, but Shri Nathji calms him down by telling him that it is definitely not suffocation. It is the one thing Priya Nath dreads most. He had seen how the suffocation attacks began at the time of Dr. Corolli in 1985-1986, and their dreadful aftermath in 1987 and finally in 1991 when oxygen had to be given to Shri Nathji for the suffocation that only Shri Nathji could have endured in his old age.“Main “I am clearing it up now!” referring to the nose and vehemently denying any suffocation attack.“Vaayedaa karo vo sab saans par kabhi naheen hogaa! Vaayedaa kiyaa thhaa tum ne ham se!“Promise me that that nothing will happen to your breathing! You had promised me!”Shri Nathji pats Priya Nath on his back and cheers him up by saying:“Aisee cheezen sochni bhee naheen chahiyen! Varnaa ussee ka asar parrne lagtaa hai!“One must not even think of such things, or else one’s own thoughts begin to effect one.”Shri Nathji remains undaunted in the midst of acute physical suffering, which He endures calmly on His delicate frame. He had often said:“My flesh is more delicate than yours. Since I am not accustomed to coming in human form, the pain I endure is much more than any other human can ever endure.”Shri Nathji had often said that He had come to suffer in human form for the sake of the world, and would never use His Powers for Himself.
