It was just as well that Shri Nathji made this consoling promise repeatedly to Priya Nath, for had Priya Nath at any time come to know that Shri Nathji was going to leave in September 1992, he may have died from the shock and despair as he awaited the fateful day. Every day would have been an agony for him as it drew closer and closer to September 1992.“This is my sincere desire – and every sincere desire must find fulfillment!”All that one could say was that Shri Nathji changed his desire at the last moment, when he sacrificed his own life for the sake of some devotee. It was like a mother assuring her child that she would not leave him–and then rushing off to save another child.
