His head and body were heavy; He wasn’t normal, wasn’t responding to questions – and to make matters worse there was tachycardia – a fast pulse that appeared and disappeared. His stomach felt very, very heavy and He was looking strange – but told me all the same to keep calm, saying:“Tthaihro! Tthaihro! Dekh lene do! Isski gaiharaayi men jaana chahiye ke kyaa ho rahaa hai!“Wait! Wait! Let us watch! We must try to understand in depth what is happening!”His Blood Pressure was 220/80 at the time.“Tthaihro“Wait! Let us wait! Wait and watch. Let the symptoms subside.”It was a big risk going against the doctor’s advice, but Shri Nathji was the doctor of all doctors and His advice the most knowledgeable of all. It was just as well that no diuretic was given. As Priya Nath records later:We took His weight and it was 40 kg or more – the weight had actually fallen! Pitaji was right. A diuretic would have been disastrous. He slept afterwards restfully for about 1 hour and is now awake and sitting up in bed, at 9:29 am. He was talking to Mangla just now.
