After the passing away of Shri Nathji, the rent case became very intense. Priya Nath was no longer contesting it with the same zeal as he had done during the days of Shri Nathji. He was up against powerful people where one amongst the landlords was the Rent Control Tribunal, and they had powerful friends in the High Court.
