This was also the year when Priya Nath began composing music to some of these ghazals of Shri Nathji. The tunes he composed were a miracle in themselves. The tunes came spontaneously to Priya Nath as if they were embedded in the words. It was as if some divine hand were guiding his hand as he played the harmonium and sang. The tunes appeared to come from the poetry itself, from the depths of their meanings, as if they had been hidden there and had emerged suddenly.
