Comes November 13, 1982, and it is the day before Diwali, the festival of lights in India. It is a day when it is customary for people to purchase some utensil for the kitchen. Shri Nathji punctiliously observed this ceremony right up to the last–and, on every such occasion, either went out himself to purchase the utensils or, as in later years, sent some devotee to purchase it.
