Shri Nathji suggests selling off the Dehra Dun house which has been a total loss. Shri Nathji had bought the house in 1937, when he had allowed his brother, Prem Nath, and his wife to live with him. However, when they had begun to make the life of Mateshwari miserable Shri Nathji had quit the house and had shifted to Mussoorie. The house had always been a liability on him as he was paying all the taxes. His younger brother had died in 1975 and his family lived in the house. Shri Nathji feels that he can call them to himself and reason with them to live elsewhere so that he can sell the house, and, from the money, purchase a home in New Delhi. That would end all the litigation in the rent case, which was eating away a large part of their precious time.
