A request is made to the additional rent controller to postpone Priya Nath’s evidence because of the illness of Shri Nathji. The additional rent controller is reluctant to do so and thinks it is an excuse. He refuses to believe that Shri Nathji is down with a heart attack as is stated by Priya Nath in his application for adjournment.
